Sand texture agent T-101

1.Description

These sand texture agents are fluoride modified copolymer designed for powder coatings which can produce excellent wear resistant matt powder coating. Compared with the competitive products, T-101 can provide low cost, less dosage;good dispersion and gloss stability. T-101 is designed for low cost formulation at dosage of 0.3-0.8%.

①Providing excellent film hardness, smoothness and anti-scratch performance

②Silicon-free, re-coat performance without affection.

③combined with organic clay will provide low cost and better performance.

④Fine or coarse textures depends on powder particles size and sand-texture agent dosage. When you match matt finish, no levelling agent is preferred, and combined with silica.For other textures, could combine little levelling agent and matting agent together to match suitable finish, preferred filler is Barium sulfate.

⑤Adding 0.2-0.8% fine talcum in textured powder can solve the issue of edge coverage for fine textured powder coatings.

5.package and storage:

Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 25kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
